"From the very first email we knew we were in the best hands; this was confirmed even more when we first drove down the magnificent driveway and met the wonderful Dee. A woman who is beyond description. We don't just see Dee as our wedding planner but as a dear friend. Nothing was too much or too little, even the last-minute things we forgot on the day, she had us covered! Even making me laugh as I was about to step foot down the aisle, so I didn't throw up! 🤣 The hotel and grounds speak for themselves... Amazing!! The little photo spots all over the gardens were stunning. The perfect spot for our first look and for our 1st photos as Mr and Mrs. The rooms, the food, the staff, the attention to detail, and how every staff member felt like a family member and made us feel like we were the only people in the hotel. I wish I could do it all over again and the one thing I would 100% have the exact same is our venue ( and the husband I guess🤣🤣)."

"Our experience at the County Arms was second to none, we couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. From day one Dee and her team went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, nothing was an issue. The team were so helpful in the lead-up and answered all our queries quickly. On the wedding day itself, everything ran so smoothly. Our guests were blown away with the fantastic staff and superb food. The atmosphere around the hotel was lovely and there was plenty of staff catering to everyone's needs. The hotel was beautifully decorated, I did not need to add any extra which was a huge plus. The food was absolutely top-notch, everything arrived out to our guests quickly and was beautifully presented. The Georgian part of the hotel and grounds are stunning and provided loads of opportunities for lovely wedding photographs. We genuinely couldn't have asked for anything more from the venue, it made our wedding day so special."

From the first phone call with Dee, we knew we connected and she understood our unique plan. Dee helped us plan to put our idea of the surprise wedding (which everyone thought is a 30th birthday party) into place. We always wanted a small, no-fuss, intimate, and romantic wedding but we didn't want the stress of everyone trying to get involved. County Arms is in the centre of a small town where everyone knows everyone, however, our secret was kept well till the very last minute. We always felt like we were the priority, from little emails to food tasting and the big day itself. County Arms provided us with the amazing food that everyone is still talking about, from little appetizers to the most amazing dinner, kitchen staff cooked for us to perfection. (...) The staff on the day were absolutely brilliant, they accommodated every last need, from the quality of function staff to the bar staff, where Ben did absolutely brilliant job. Having such a great place and the staff we could enjoy every minute of our day. It was not planned to be a picture-perfect wedding but it was this and more, with the help of County Arms, Dee, Niamh, Ben, and the team. Thank you.

"The County Arms were extremely helpful when planning our wedding day. Their list of suppliers was exceptional and definitely worth going with anyone from the list. We didn’t have to organise anything extra for the hotel as the County Arms had everything in terms of decoration and table plan. This made for a very stress-free run up to the wedding. They were very accommodating and helped out in any way they could. The food was fantastic. Our wedding guests are still talking about it."
