Mid Ireland Adventure
Positioned along the River Shannon in the town of Banagher, Mid Ireland Adventure offers you the opportunity to explore the area with a range of eco-based land and water activities. Choose from guided mountain bike tours and hiking tours, or archery workshops, kayak safari and the scenic and exciting stand up paddleboarding (SUP) safari that will take you past local sites like Cromwell’sCastle, the Martello Tower and the Banagher bridge before heading up to Bullock Island for games with the group and a chance to see some of the wildlife at the protected reserve.
Once the safari is over, you’ll be happy to know that the County Arms is just 15 minutes-drive away for a warming drink or meal to get the heat back into your bones.
