What time is check-in and check-out?
We are delighted to welcome guests for check in from 4pm every day.
We kindly ask our guests to check out by 11am.
The hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day, so late arrivals can be accommodated, we just ask that you let us know if you will be arriving late at night. If you have requirements outside of these times, please let us know in advance and we will do our very best to facilitate, when possible, but please note additional charges may apply.
When and where is breakfast served?
We welcome guests to join us for a delicious fresh cooked breakfast from 7.30am to 10.30am, Monday through Sunday.
Breakfast is served in Hackett’s Eatery on the First Floor and on sunny days it’s lovely to sit outside on the balcony and enjoy your final cup of coffee overlooking the Walled Gardens!
What can I find in the Leisure Club & Wellness Suites?
Everything you need for body and mind! In The Springs Leisure Club, we have a wonderful, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, a gym with a variety of workout equipment and a schedule of fitness classes, along with refurbished changing rooms with lockers, towels, robes, slippers, and hairdryers.
In the Wellness Suites, you’ll find a great range of treatments, all using beautiful, Irish made Voya products, with expert advice from our wellness team on the best choices for your skin.
We also have a nail bar and a brow bar.
Do I have to book the swimming pool?
There is no need for our guests to book the swimming pool but please do take note of the opening and closing times, which are subject to change during the week.
Do you have family rooms?
Yes, we have wonderful family suites that can host up to 2 adults and 3 children, with cots available for little ones.
Can the kids use the swimming pool?
Yes, young children are welcome in the dedicated Kids Pool, under the strict supervision of a parent or guardian.
Do you have a playground?
Yes, we have a small play area in the hotel gardens and children are welcome to explore and enjoy, with the supervision of parents or guardians.
Do you have free car parking?
Yes, we are delighted to offer more than 200 free parking spaces to our guests and visitors, with plenty of disabled parking spaces adjacent to the main entrance of the hotel.
Do you have electric car charge facility?
Not yet, but we are working on installing one very soon.
